FAQs
how many shows do you do?
1
We’re usually involved in half a dozen or more events a year, this includes small community events at schools or fundraisers, to our own flagship event, the Auckland Brick Show.
We work with several charities over the years, including the likes of Fairybricks, I Am Hope, and Starship. We're currently supporting Disability Connect.
what charities are you involved with?

Yes! We have many talented members we can set you up with if you have a personal or business project you would like to see come to life in brick form.
We also work alongside the likes of businesses, schools, charities and community groups to run shows, workshops and more.
do you do commissions or collaborate with businesses?

Our meetings are usually a mix of lug business like show organisation, monthly build challenges and interactive activities.
A meeting could run as follows:
Lug Business is discussed
Presentation of members' contributions to the monthly build challenge
Voting on and prize giving for the monthly build challenge
A member gives a presentation on a building skill, product or software
A Competition between teams for example a speed build challenge for the longest bridge.
And sometimes a meeting is capped off by an optional activity you can chose to hang around for like our buy sell and swap days!
