TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

For any individual over the age of 18, the membership fee is $30 a year.​

Adult Member

For LEGO® enthusiasts aged 7-18, we have our Junior and Teen memberships. These require a parent or guardian to become a full member of AuckLUG, bring them to meetings they attend, and be present at shows they display at. 

Teen / Junior Member

WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?

Exhibit your LEGO creations alongside our amazing members at numerous shows of all shapes and sizes throughout the year. From small community fundraisers at local school halls to large venues with thousands of attendees, such as the Auckland Brick Show!

MOC Support

We have meetings once a month; this is a chance for some club housekeeping and for our members to socialise and discuss all things LEGO!

There is a monthly build challenge with LEGO prizes, some lucky dips, meeting activities, quarterly buy & sell events, and opportunities to show off what you’re creating. 

Monthly Meetings

At the end of each year, at the start of December, we all get together for our end-of-year function. This event is free for all full members and includes food and beverages to share and be merry. It is also the time of year when we hand out free LEGO sets to our members who have participated in shows, meetings, and events throughout the year!

OLIVER

Oliver is AuckLUG’s President and has been a member for 5 years. He enjoys recreating mobile games such as Plants vs Zombies or Clash of Clans into large-scale LEGO models!

HARRY

You might recognize Harry from TV! A contestant on LEGO Masters New Zealand, Harry specialises in detailed LEGO builds and LEGO photography. From vast whale-like spaceships to small micro builds.

EMMETT

Ben builds across history from Ancient Greece, to Medieval Knights, to even the future with Cyberpunk! He has been apart of AuckLUG for over 8 years.

An ordinary construction worker turned Master Builder, Emmett Joseph Brickowski is a frequent collaborator with AuckLUG!
